Doug McWhorter, Director, Cameraman, and Editor
Doug is a well-known name in the Quad City video community. He has worked in the broadcast/video industry for 32 years, having spent 14 years as Production Manager at WQAD-TV in Moline, Illinois. Doug opened his own company, Pic Two Productions in Davenport, Iowa in 1994, and has developed a lengthy client list for commercials, industrial videos, television programming, sales films, and instructional/training videos.
Kris Peacock, Videographer and Editor
News photography is where Kris began in the industry. She brings 29 years of experience to Pic Two Productions, having spent seven years as a photographer and editor for WQAD-TV, as part of the award winning News Channel 8 news team. She became a producer and director for WQAD-TV Productions in 1985 where she remained until joining Pic Two in 1994. Kris has won awards for her work including numerous Associated Press awards for photography, and a Silver Dome Award for excellence in broadcasting.
Paul Magnuson, Videographer and Editor
Paul Magnuson is PicTwo’s Jack-of-All Video Trades. After 17 years at WQAD-TV as camera operator, technical director, director and creative services videographer, Paul joined WQPT as Production Manager. There Paul spent 14 years directing shows, pledge events and on-air auctions, in addition to shooting and editing promos, show segments and documentaries. Paul has won numerous awards from the Iowa Broadcast News Association and the CINE Golden Eagle Competition.
Geoff Kelly, Motion Graphics, Animation Artist and Editor
Since his first TV Tech class in high school Geoff has been making pictures move. He is a Northern Illinois University graduate and has been working as an editor, animator and graphic artist since 1998. With experience ranging from web design to show openers to logo animation and documentary production, Geoff can animate and graphically strengthen any element that can be seen on screen. Prior to joining Pic Two in 2004, Geoff was the lead animator and head of web development for an advertising agency in Illinois.
